Free Replacement — First 30 Days If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong design, we'll send you a free replacement. Simply contact us at info@cupofteeze.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Our Replacement Promise — After 30 Days We offer a Replacement Promise beyond the standard 30-day window. If you're not happy with your mug after 30 days, you can order a replacement for just £7.99 (instead of full price). This is available once per customer. Contact us at info@cupofteeze.co.uk to arrange.
Please note:
- As our products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a fault or error on our part
EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@cupofteeze.co.uk to exercise this right.
