Delivery
You will receive a design proof by email within 48 hours of placing your order.
Once you have approved the proof, your mug will be created and dispatched.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from proof approval.
Production will only begin once your proof has been approved.
Delays in approving the proof may affect delivery times.
6-Month Replacement Guarantee
If your mug is accidentally broken within 6 months of purchase, we’ll replace it for £7.99.
